    Birthday: Oct. 16, 1975.
    Birthplace: Riverside, Calif.
    Occupation: Actress.
Current homes: Los Angeles and New York.
    Marital status: Single.
Working on: I play a third-year medical student on ER on NBC-TV.
The book I've been reading: "Paradise" by
Toni Morrison (Knopf) and I'm a big Edith
Wharton fan.
Magazines I read: Bazaar, Vanity Fair and
Blind Spot -- about photography. I love that
one.
    Favorite pigout food: Peanut M&Ms.
    Favorite performers: (Singer-pianist) Tori
Amos and Lucille Ball.
    Prized possession: My 4-by-5 camera.
Nobody knows I'm: Compulsive about the
things I love to do, like running, photography
and working.
I'm better than anyone else when it comes
to: Listening.
If I could do it over, I'd: Spend more time
with my family. I don't get to see them very
much.
I'd give anything to meet: Georgia O'Keeffe.
My fantasy is: I'm living in the south of
France, taking pictures.
The worst advice my mother ever gave me:
My mom is never wrong, which freaks me
out. It's been proven to me numerous times.
People who knew me in high school thought
I was: I didn't go. I was on the set of Life
Goes On, and I studied with a tutor.
If I've learned one thing in life it's: Be a kid
as long as you can.
Most humbling experience: Going to Yale. I
spent my high school years being the only kid
and being the best. Then I went to Yale and
there were a lot of amazing people there. It
was incredibly inspiring.
The three words that best describe me:
Driven, passionate, kind.
